How to install lowering springs on a BMW M2, M2 Competition & CS - M3 F80 & M4 F82 installation is very similar

Tools required;

• Lift / Ramp

• Breaker Bar & Torque Wrench

• Jack

• Ratchets

• 18mm Strut Socket

• 10, 16, 18 & 21mm Ring Spanners

• 10, 16, 17, 18, 21mm Sockets

• T30 Socket

• Pry bar / Tool

• Wire Brush

• Grease

Torque settings (not official from OEM documentation)

Front

• Damper nut - 34nm

• Drop link nut - 60nm

Rear

• Lower arm inner nut - 165nm

• Lower arm outer nut - 100nm
