PE ECU SOFTWARE
Performance Engineering has extensive knowledge and experience tuning performance vehicles for fast road and track use.
All of our ECU software has a custom calibration which has been thoroughly tested and data logged on our in house dyno using the very best equipment.
Through our fine tuning and attention to detail we are able extract the very best performance and efficiency from the engine while keeping daily driveability and reliability at the forefront.
We continue to validate and test our performance ECU software on our own demonstrator vehicles via track days and professionally organised events to make sure we give our customers the best experience in owning their PE Tuned vehicle.
PERFORMANCE UPGRADES
We have developed close relationships with the biggest performance upgrade manufactures within the aftermarket industry.
We are supplier to all the major performance brands, furthermore, we have done extensive testing of all the engine performance upgrades we supply and fit on our dyno to see how and where they improve on the stock performance.
We believe in upgrading the OEM hardware only where needed; this gives us the ability to offer our experience in what works best for your vehicle.
From engine performance hardware to suspension upgrades for fast road or track use we have tested it and understand all areas to improve your vehicles performance and driving pleasure.
DYNO TESTING
We were the first company in Cardiff to purchase a dynamometer, also known as a dyno or rolling road.
We have one of the very best dyno’s available, Vtech VT2 - B1, very accurate and consistent which is exactly what is needed when tuning performance vehicles.
Capable of measuring over 1000 bhp / nm with a Telma eddy current brake giving us full control of how we want to test.
We can perform maximum performance sweep tests showing the maximum engine output at wheel and flywheel or simulate driving road conditions to fine tune for specific diagnostic settings.
We also use our dyno for diagnostic, enabling us to perform acute testing within a safe environment with the ease of data logging and monitoring data.
