BMW M5 TUNING

The BMW M5 with the S63 engine was the most power engine BMW produced at the time of release, the first M5 to use turbocharged combustion. The S63 is a tuners dream engine for producing very high numbers, incredibly strong engine with a soundtrack to rival the best, supercar performance in a family saloon package.

Our PE custom ECU software has been extensively developed with many hours of testing on our dyno, road and track days to make sure our calibration performs 100% in all environments.

Every vehicle has a full diagnostic and health check carried out prior to tuning as well as full engine data logging to fine to the ECU.

PE Stage 1 ECU tune requires zero hardware changes but recommended running 99RON for best results and fuel efficiency.

PE Stage 2 Tune

Typical results 680bhp & 900nm

PE Stage 2 ECU Tune give that extra respond, performance and sound over a Stage 1 tune. An upgraded intake system and exhaust with a decat/sport is require for this stage.

Overall driveabilty is greatly improved due to the engines improved ability to consume a greater volume of air, coupled with the more free flowing exhaust gases allows for that increase of performance with a greater area under the curve.

We have tested multiple intake and exhaust setups on and off our dyno and recommend the K&N filter and Milltek decat pipes.

CHASSIS UPGRADES

Like our performance packages we have tested a number of chassis upgrades for fast road and track use.

We offer two option, H&R Lowering springs with spacers for the fast road use. This setup gives a brilliant improvement in handling stability and response with the more sporty and purposeful stance, we also readjust the rear suspension geometry to our specific settings for better grip and tyre life.

For track use we offer coilover setup, this allows for a more focused suspension setup which is fully adjustable to suit your driving preferences. We supply and install Bilstien or BC Racing which both can be bought on our online Shop.

BRAKES

Braking setups are one of the most important areas which is often overlooked. As with our chassis upgrades we offer a fast road and track use setups.

The M Performance braking system is brilliant out the factory however under sustained hard use they can loose their braking performance. The best brake setup we found is OEM discs with Pagid RSL29 pads and Motul RBF600 fluid is a brilliant upgrade over stock, offering a greatly improved stopping power with a great pedal feel.

This setup is great for fast road and track use.
